Hereafter Pines is ten owner sites on six private acres at the front of The Hereafter. Each one comes with a move-in-ready, fully off-grid RV and your own 1/4-acre site, plus a share of the land — all yours in 24 months.

What you get

No building, no hauling, no figuring it out on your own. We deliver the RV, set it up on your site, and you move in.
Your own 1/4 acre
A quarter-acre site that's yours, held through Hereafter Pines LLC — the ten owner sites are owned together by their owners. Your share is transferred once it's paid off.
A move-in-ready RV
Delivered and set up on your site, fully self-sufficient and off-grid. Full ownership of the RV is yours once it's paid off.

Every RV is delivered move-in ready and totally self-sufficient. You don't need a single hookup to live in it.

Price
Simple pricing. No surprises.
$600 reservation + $14,400 in monthly payments = $15,000 total for your RV and your land. When it's paid off, you own both.

Connection to septic
No ongoing charges for water or septic. Electric is $50/month for power. Skip them all and your RV still runs fully off-grid.

Hereafter Pines sits on six acres at the front of the property, right on the main road. It has its own entrance, so you come and go without passing through the community entrance.

Do I really own the RV and the land?
Yes. The ten owner sites are owned together through Hereafter Pines LLC. Once you've paid in full, you receive your LLC share — your own 1/4-acre site — and the RV title is signed over to you — within 30 days of your final payment.
Can I pay in full, or pay it off early?
Yes. Pay in full up front or pay early at any point — the price stays the same, $15,000 total.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Annual dues are $900 a year, due each April 1 starting April 1, 2027, and they cover property taxes. Connections are optional one-time charges; if you choose electric, power is $50 a month.
Do I need water, power or septic?
No. The RV is totally self-sufficient with propane, a generator and a grey water tank. If you want connections, water (from our well), electric (underground power is already there) and septic are $1,000 each, one time. Electric then costs $50 a month for power.
How soon can I move in?
Your RV is delivered and set up on your site within 120 days of your first monthly payment — sooner if you ask and we can. If we miss 120 days, you can cancel for a full refund.
How do I keep track of my payments?
Every owner gets a members page with payments and balance, your signed agreement, delivery status, dues and community announcements. Sign in anytime with just your email.
Do I go through the community entrance?
No. Hereafter Pines is on the main road with its own entrance.
Can I see it before I reserve?
